Our Venues

Two Unique Spaces, One Great Location

Both halls are located at 4409 Lakeshore Road in the heart of Okanagan Mission.

The Big Red Barn

Capacity: up to 253 guests*
Features: stage, large commercial kitchen, audio visual setup, projector and screen; tables, chairs, plates, cutlery and glassware included in rental price; on-site parking

Rates:

Full Weekend Package**: $3,000
One-Day Event (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) : $2,500
One-Day Event (Monday - Thursday): $2,000
Weekend Hourly ( 5 hour minimum): $150
Weekday Hourly (5 hour minimum): $125
Multi-booking discounts available upon request

Extras:

Linen Rentals ($10/tablecloth; $3 chair cover; $1 napkins)
Sign Rental ($200)

*Recommended: 170 for round table sit down, 210 for rectangle tables & dance floor
**from Friday at 4:30 pm - Sunday at noon (earlier access upon request - extra fees may apply)

The Scout Hall
